MEET THE CHEESE QUEEN
Self-confessed cheese obsessive and hostess with the mostess Tansy Paris started Oh, Briehave in the darkest depths of lockdown. Armed with nothing but a dream and the number of an excellent brie dealer to hand, she set out to create the finest grazing boxes in all of London.
What sets these delicious delights apart from other grazers is their humble beginnings and heartfelt inspiration – Tansy looks to her beloved Mumma’s warm hospitality when creating every single platter, hamper and towering ‘cheese cake’; a nod to the chic aesthetic and Instagram-worthy foodie scene that’s big in her native Sydney.
